This position is responsible for the overall accurate service and accounting of all transactions of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• •Maintains accurate accounting of all cash and inventory on assigned bar.
• •Performs location worker assignments.
• •Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees.
• •Plans for daily sales flow based on projections.
• •Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Food & Beverage Manager.
• •Organizes all paperwork for cashier responsibilities:
• •Physical inventory stand sheet
• •Cash slips
• •Verifies the proper item prices to the beverage menu.
• •Maintains accurate cash handling procedures at all times.
• •Performs location worked duties as assigned.
• •Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage.
• •Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• •Must be 18 years or older (where applicable).
• •Must have basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures.
• •Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly.
• •Must have basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operation.
• •Must have ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work

Hours of Work and Travel Requirements

Varies by show to include days, nights, weekdays and weekends.

Hourly Wage Range: $17.50 - $18.50/hour
