Your Role

As Banquet Server, you’ll help bring events to life by setting up banquet spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring exceptional service throughout each function. You’ll work closely with your team to create memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on Social Intelligence, brings Grit to every shift, and works Stronger Together with the team.

What You’ll Do

• •Prepare banquet rooms by setting up tables, linens, place settings, centerpieces, and beverage stations
• •Set up all buffet equipment and ensure presentation aligns with brand and Resolute Road Hospitality standards
• •Serve food and beverages to guests promptly, courteously, and professionally
• •Clear tables, remove linens, and reset rooms as needed for future events
• •Store all banquet equipment and perishable food properly after events
• •Maintain a positive, professional approach with guests and team members
• •Respond quickly to guest requests or concerns and ensure satisfaction
• •Support coworkers and lead by example in creating a service focused environment
• •Prepare for upcoming banquets by folding napkins, replenishing condiments, and completing pre-event tasks
• •Adhere to safety and sanitation policies to ensure a clean, hazard free work area
• •Follow all company policies and procedures, including brand standards and compliance with federal, state and local laws (OSHA, EEOC, wage and hour, and health codes)
• •Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• •Strong communication and customer service skills
• •Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, team environment
• •Previous banquet or waitstaff experience preferred but not required
• •Knowledge of catering practices a plus
• •Proficiency in English

Education & Experience

• •High school graduate or GED preferred
• •Prior hospitality or banquet experience preferred but not required

Licenses & Certifications

• •Food Handlers Card Required
• •TIPS or equivalent training
