- Key Skills and Requirements
- Technical Know-How: Ability to dial in coffee grinders and operate commercial espresso equipment.

- Multitasking: Ability to stay calm and work quickly during busy morning rushes.
- Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
