About you...

• •Passionate about Food & Beverage and a minimum of 1 year of similar work experience.
• •A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• •Experience in Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• •Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• •Previous luxury hotel or high-end restaurant experience is highly desirable.
• •A natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
• •Flexible and willing to meet the demands of a luxury hospitality operation.
