Bartender PT

Key Responsibilities:

• •Drink Preparation: Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• •Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take drink orders and engage with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• •Stock Management: Ensure the bar is well-stocked with supplies. Monitor inventory levels and inform barbacks when supplies need to be replenished.
• •Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• •Safety and Compliance: Check identification to verify legal drinking age. Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding alcohol service and ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
• •Customer Interaction: Provide recommendations on drink choices, engage in light conversation, and handle any customer complaints or concerns politely and professionally.
• •Bar Setup & Breakdown: Set up bar before opening hours, ensuring all supplies and equipment are ready for service. Clean and organize the bar after closing.

Qualifications:

• •Prior bartending experience is ideal but not required
• •Must be at least 21 years of age.
• •Must have ability to take directions and effectively perform the work.
• •Must have basic working knowledge of cash register
• •Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers, supervisors, and employees.
• •Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
• •Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shift.
• •Must be able to carry and lift at least 40 lbs., according to industry standards.
