Role & Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage with potential employer partners across industries to onboard them onto our platform.

Conduct research on hiring trends, pain points, and talent needs of SMEs and startups to tailor outreach and pitch strategies.

Manage end-to-end business development cycles—from cold outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery and contract finalization.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to co-create employer-facing campaigns, success stories, and demo experiences.

Track and report pipeline metrics (leads, conversions, deal size) using CRM tools to refine strategy and boost conversion rates.

Represent the brand at industry events, college career fairs, and virtual hiring summits to drive employer acquisition.
