• This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Arnott's Dublin.
• Hours: 37.50 h ours - Candidate must be a qualified aesthetician/ beauty therapist fully flexible, full time, hybrid role beauty consultant/ beauty therapist.

This is a hybrid position that is predominantly customer-facing and sales-oriented. It focuses on delivering expert beauty advice, tailored product recommendations, Red Door Spa Express (RDSE) services, and exceptional customer service on the shop floor. As a qualified therapist, they will also perform professional facial treatments in the Arnotts beauty room several times per month.

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic qualified aesthetician/ Beauty Consultant/ Beauty Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter - delivering personalised service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance.

The primary role is beauty consultant that requires beauty therapy part of the skill set

Hybrid role predominantly customer-facing and sales oriented with a focus on delivering beauty advise, product recommendations, RDSE services and customer service on the shop floor, however as a qualified therapist you will also perform professional facial treatments in our beauty room several times a month

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at all times

Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare

Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally

Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets

Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations

Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business

Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations

Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high-performing environment

Fully utilise all tools provided by the Company to offer excellent customer service

Introduce the perfect regime to customers to compliment their purchase

Maximise ‘hook backs’ to encourage customers to return

Book a return appointment for each customer

Introduce CRM (customer data – not sure how to word as Zenoti is going but it is hugely important they are signing new guests) at every sale

Business Awareness and Administration

To be fully aware of individual and account performance against target and within department.

Complete a monthly business plan for beauty room to plan for success aligned to the marketing calendar

Complete all beauty room and consultant paperwork and administration required by Elizabeth Arden and the Store accurately and on time

Maintain and manage stock control systems

Awareness of competitor activity

Beauty Therapy Duties

Who you are:

Provide a high level of professionalism and customer service whilst performing Elizabeth Arden treatments.

Be able to demonstrate full knowledge of treatments provided and all Elizabeth Arden products

Maximise all opportunities throughout treatments and on the shop floor to meet therapist sales goals

Perform Elizabeth Arden exclusive facial

Consistently adhere to all relevant regulations in respect of Health and Safety procedures

Passionate about skincare and delivering outstanding customer experiences

A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships

Results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets

Energetic, enthusiastic and confident in a customer-facing role

A team player who contributes positively to the counter environment

Takes pride in representing a premium beauty brand

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role

Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred

Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods
