• Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 8 AM and 3 PM

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Behavior Technician to work in Española, NM ! You'll provide 1:1 support to children with autism using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), guided by a supervising BCBA.

Whether you're an experienced RBT or have a background in ABA or childcare and are ready to get certified—we'll support you every step of the way with paid training, mentorship, and a caring team environment.

What You’ll Do:

• ✨ Work directly with clients to implement personalized ABA treatment plans
• ✨ Use positive, evidence-based strategies to support communication and daily living skills
• ✨ Collect data to track progress and celebrate success
• ✨ Provide engaging and safe sessions in a supportive environment
• ✨ Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and teammates
• ✨ Maintain documentation in compliance with HIPAA

What We’re Looking For:

• ✅ Certified RBTs highly encouraged to apply
• ✅ ABA or childcare experience also welcomed (training pay available while becoming certified)
• ✅ Strong communication and organization skills
• ✅ Patience, empathy, and commitment to helping others
• ✅ Comfortable working weekday mornings/afternoons
