Patient Care and Observation:
Monitor patients' behavior, vital signs, and overall well-being.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Observe and document changes in patient behavior and mood.
Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients.
Treatment Plan Implementation:
Help implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of medical professionals.
Administer medications and other treatments as directed.
Lead or participate in therapeutic and recreational activities.
Crisis Intervention:
Intervene in crisis situations, such as preventing self-harm or violence.
De-escalate potentially dangerous situations.
Communication and Documentation:
Communicate with other members of the treatment team, including doctors, nurses, and therapists.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Report changes in patient condition or behavior to medical staff.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with patient intake and discharge processes.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
