The Benefits & Compensation Specialist is responsible for administering and supporting the organization's benefits and compensation programs. This role ensures accurate and timely administration of employee benefit plans, compensation processes, and HR compliance requirements. The specialist serves as a key resource for employees and management regarding benefits, compensation policies, and related programs while supporting strategic HR initiatives that promote employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness
