Benefits Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Benefits Manager based in the United States.

• This role is responsible for managing and optimizing employee benefits programs in a fully remote corporate and technology environment.
• The Benefits Manager will help shape benefits strategy while ensuring programs are effectively administered and aligned with organizational needs.
• The position requires strong ownership of benefits operations, vendor coordination, employee communications, and compliance-related activities.
• A key focus will be leading the full open enrollment lifecycle, from planning and strategy through implementation and post-enrollment audits.
• The role also calls for hands-on experience with medical plan structures, including transitions from fully insured or level-funded plans to self-funded arrangements.
• Success will require strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate across HR, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
