Deine Aufgabe:
✓ Führung/Anleitung und Entwicklung des Pflegeteams
✓ Pflegeprozess steuern/mitwirken
✓ Personaleinsatzplanung

Das bringst du mit:
✓ Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung zur Bereichsleitung oder die Bereitschaft diese zu Erwerben
✓ Erfahrung im Dokumentationssystem Vivendi PEP/PD wünschenswert
