Join our Food & Beverage team as a Beverage Supervisor ! This position supports daily beverage operations, provides leadership to the bar service team, and helps deliver an exceptional experience for Quail West members and guests.

• •This is a Full-Time Hourly Position
• •Shift: Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays .
• •Pay rate: $25/hour + gratuities

Requirements

What You’ll Do

• •Support daily bar and beverage operations while delivering exceptional service to members and guests.
• •Lead and support the bar service team, including training, pre-shift meetings, and performance feedback.
• •Assist with scheduling, inventory, ordering, product levels, closing duties, and beverage menu operations.
• •Maintain strong knowledge of wines, cocktails, and current bar trends while supporting team development.
• •Address member and guest concerns professionally and support banquets and Member Events as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• •Minimum of two years of experience in an upscale country club, hotel, or restaurant bar in a service or supervisory role.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• •Knowledge of wines, cocktails, and current beverage and bar trends.
• •Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
• •Must maintain current Food Safety, CPR/AED, and TIPS certifications.
• •Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
