Location: Fremont, CA or Olive Branch, MS

Key Responsibilities:

• •Design, build and maintain Corp wise or Cross Functional business domain dashboards and reports using BI tools, such as Microsoft Power BI or similar
• •Partner closely with 3 or more in Supply Chain, Product Sourcing, Procurement, Warehouse, Traffic, Manufacturing to understand business processes, reporting needs, and strategic priorities
• •Develop automated reporting and data pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes
• •Create and maintain documentation for data models, transformations and reporting logic
• •Define project scope, gathering requirements, creating timelines, managing backlogs, and ensuring the timely delivery of BI products
• •Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers, and translate findings into actionable insights
• •Ability to lead complex projects, influence partners, and communicate effectively at both technical and executive levels
• •Establish and enforce data governance, validation rules, and transformation logic to ensure data consistency across systems
• •Collaborate with data engineering team to optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, and improve data availability

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• •BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent practical experience
• •3+ years of experience with traditional data warehouse architectures, such as centralized data warehouse, data mart
• •Strong SQL skills and proficiency in data modeling concepts (start schema, dimensional modeling, semantic design)
• •Proficiency in Microsoft excel and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or similar
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions
• •Solid understanding of historical, snapshot, and incremental data processing patterns
• •Familiarity with data warehousing concepts (e.g. Databricks/Hive/Snowflake schemas)
• •Exposure to data science tools or methodologies (Python, R, machine learning concepts, data bricks, snowflake)
• •Experience with ETL/ELT tools (e.g., DBT, Fivetran, Informatica, Azure Data Factory), Alteryx, and Jira.
• •Proven experience managing data-driven initiatives using project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• •PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this position:

Fremont, CA - $75,000–$112,000 annually

• Olive Branch, MS - $61,000 - $84,000 annually
• Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
