Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $30.00

A little about this position:

• •Provides safe, fun and interesting training for Big Mountain Freeride Ski athletes.
• •Will design, implement, evaluate and adjust season-long training and competition plans.
• •Teaches by example with frequent demonstrations.
• •Maintains accurate daily journal of training activities.
• •Maintains frequent contact with parents on athletic, behavioral and academic issues.
• •Will be required to travel with team to other areas for competitions. Promotes MMSST Team Philosophy and acts as role model for athletes.

Requirements:

• •IFSA Level 100 required. Two seasons working with athletes in a coaching program or previous Big Mountain competition experience preferred but not essential.
• •High School graduate and fluent in English language. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team structure with other coaches and training groups. Must possess the ability to demonstrate Big Mountain riding techniques.
• •Must have knowledge or experience with Big Mountain competition rules.
• •Basic computer skills required and experience with Word, Excel and Google Docs programs ​
