Position Summary
Marketech International Corp. USA is seeking a Bilingual Admin Specialist to provide administrative and project support for our engineering and construction operations.
This position will work closely with project teams and internal departments to support day-to-day administrative activities, documentation, coordination, scheduling, and project-related workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment, and able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and project support to project managers, engineers, and other team members.
Prepare, organize, maintain, and archive project documents, reports, forms, and records.
Assist with document control and ensure project files are properly maintained and accessible.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, project updates, and follow-up items across internal teams.
Support communication between project teams, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Assist with project-related administrative workflows, including purchase documentation, billing support, permit documentation, and contract-related paperwork.
Maintain and update information in internal ERP and project management systems.
Assist with tracking project documentation, procurement status, schedules, and other administrative items.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors regarding documentation, scheduling, and general project requirements.
Support SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration platforms for file management and version control.
Assist with other administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Previous experience in administrative support, project coordination, project administration, or a similar role preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced engineering, construction, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting engineering, construction, semiconductor, manufacturing, or other project-based teams.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
Familiarity with project management systems such as Procore or similar tools.
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, or similar document collaboration platforms.
Experience with document control, procurement support, supplier coordination, or project administration.
