This position will have human resources responsibility and overseeing the HR functions for various locations in the Sterling/Herdon area, reporting to the Area Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess an unmatched dedication to making a difference for our team members. The Bilingual Area Human Resource Manager is responsible to ensure that sound and consistent personnel practices are applied for all employees through compliance with all company human resource policies, and state, local and Federal legislation. This position requires active and vigorous leadership in all interactions with team members, guests and the community.
