• This remote role is responsible for evaluating automotive warranty claims and ensuring repairs are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual coverage.
• You will assess vehicle damage, review warranty terms, validate claims, and determine appropriate repair procedures and pricing.
• The position combines automotive technical expertise with negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service.
• You will work closely with dealerships, repair facilities, service teams, and customers to resolve claims and support positive outcomes.
• Strong communication in both English and French is essential for serving a diverse client and partner network.
