Bilingual Field technology Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Field Technology Consultant based in Canada.

This remote role provides technology support and guidance to independent financial advisors across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor-facing resource for escalated technology issues, helping users resolve challenges and make effective use of approved tools and services. The position combines hands-on technical support, coaching, stakeholder coordination, and practical guidance on cybersecurity, data management, and technology risk. You’ll work closely with internal support teams to coordinate complex issues and minimize business disruption. The role also supports new advisors, transitioning practices, and technology-related business changes when needed. Strong communication in both English and French is essential, as you’ll support users with a wide range of technical experience across Eastern Canada.
