Our in-house studio-equipped with professional gear-is available for use, although you’re welcome to use your own equipment if preferred.
Freelance Community Manager
We are looking for a proactive and creative Freelance Community Manager to support our growing portfolio of brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on engagement, understands digital communities and can represent brand tone of voice with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and engage with online communities across social media platforms
Respond to comments, messages and queries in a timely and brand-aligned manner
Monitor conversations, trends and sentiment around the brand
Translate content calendars and social media content as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency with the original messaging
Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms in line with the approved content calendar
Support content roll-out by ensuring posts are published on time and receive strong community interaction
Escalate any issues or risks appropriately
Provide regular reports on engagement, feedback and community insights
Requirements:
Previous experience in community management or social media roles
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands
Proactive, organised and responsive
Experience working in an agency environment is a plus
Engagement Details:
Freelance/ hourly basis
Flexible hours based on account needs
Availability on weekends
Opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries
