• This role supports a large member community through proactive, personalized outreach and award-qualification activities.
• You will connect with members by phone, SMS, and email, helping them understand and complete an established recognition process.
• The position combines customer engagement, administrative coordination, data management, and consistent follow-up.
• You will build rapport while following structured processes, scripts, qualification questions, and documentation requirements.
• Accurate CRM management will be essential for tracking member interactions, statuses, deadlines, and next steps.
• You will work independently while contributing to a broader outreach operation designed to support a large and growing member base.
