Bilingual Onboarding Coordinator

The Bilingual Onboarding Coordinator will play an important role in welcoming and preparing new volunteers for an online ministry community. Working fully remotely in both English and Spanish, you’ll guide applicants through the application and training journey from initial review through successful placement. The role combines administrative coordination, written communication, coaching, and relationship building. You’ll manage multiple applications, training activities, and requests while ensuring each person receives timely and thoughtful support. Your attention to detail will help maintain accurate records and smooth processes across digital systems.
