Esta posición es responsable de vigilar la facturación, los sistemas de facturación, así como los errores y oportunidades de esta. Tiene mucho contacto con áreas internas para aclaraciones a los clientes y para asegurar que facturemos todo lo que se debe (revenue assurance). La posición es responsable de mandar información primordial a las áreas de cobranza y de contabilidad sobre todos los productos. La posición es fundamental para el resultado del BSC del negocio.

• •Análisis de la facturación mensual e identificación de errores que impacten al cliente o al negocio
• •Administración y control de facturación manual (Arrendamiento Financiero, Loan, L6, etc)
• •Proyectos de Transformación de facturación
• •Métricos de Billing
• •administración de las metas
• •Tickets de Billing

-Educación y Experiencia

• •Licenciatura en administración, contabilidad o relacionadas.
• •Experiencia en facturación, finanzas o servicio al cliente de por lo menos 3 años Conocimiento de requisitos fiscales de facturación (básicos)
• •Inglés (intermedio)
• •Experiencia en mejora continua de procesos

-Conocimientos y Competencias

• •Excel, Power BI, Power Query
• •Buena comunicación e influencia con otros equipos
• •Fast learner
