• The Billing & Collections Specialist will play a key role in managing billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities within a rapidly growing SaaS and technology environment.
• You will work closely with finance, billing, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure accurate and timely customer billing.
• The role combines customer communication, payment processing, account monitoring, credit risk assessment, and collections management.
• You will help maintain strong customer relationships while supporting the organization’s financial health through proactive collections efforts.
