As a Billing Operations Lead, you will oversee and optimize the end-to-end billing lifecycle across a diverse portfolio of marketplace retail partners and revenue streams. You will serve as a key operational and strategic point of ownership for billing accuracy, financial controls, and timely month-end close. The role combines hands-on billing operations with cross-functional leadership across Finance, Business Development, Financial Systems, Legal, Product, and Engineering. You will help identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, system integrations, and operational scalability. You will also mentor junior team members while helping establish robust policies, procedures, and quality standards.
