Job Summary:

Provide statistical support, as a consultant or collaborator, to clinical and research investigators and to administration. Responsible for providing consultative research efforts to investigators within and/or outside their departments.

Job Duties:

• •Provide statistical expertise for research efforts.
• •Makes recommendations for optimal study designs, develops statistical analysis plans, interprets findings, and prepares written technical and statistical reports.
• •Assists in the development of research topics in collaboration with internal and external investigators leading to funding support, peer-reviewed publications, and presentations at national meetings.
• •Responsible for directing biostatistical and/or data analysts in planning and implementing statistical analyses, summarizing results, and reporting findings to investigators.
• •Responsible for database design, management and data analysis.
• •Provides data analysis and summary reports.
• •Participate in committees.
• •Performs critical review of competitive protocol submissions.
• •Provides continuing education to staff.
• •Provides resource materials and brief consultations upon request.
