Boarding House Manager

Job Description

• Responsibilities: Manage student welfare and discipline within the boarding house. Organize and supervise activities and events. Ensure safety and well-being of all boarders. Maintain communication with parents and guardians. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
