Bookeeper

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bookkeeper based in Brazil.

• As Bookkeeper, you will own the day-to-day accounting operations of a multi-currency, multi-channel e-commerce business.
• You will keep transactions, reconciliations, payables, receivables, payroll, taxes, and month-end close accurate and on schedule.
• Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will ensure leadership has reliable financial information for decision-making.
• The role covers Shopify, Amazon, B2B sales, distributors, multiple currencies, inventory, and international tax requirements.
• You will also help maintain a highly automated accounting environment, using integrations and AI tools to minimize manual work.
• Success will be measured by timely monthly closes, consistently current reconciliations, and accurate, on-time filings.
• This is a hands-on role for someone who combines accounting precision with a strong automation mindset.
