About the Team

You’ll join an ambitious and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional visitor experiences across our Scotland Brand Homes, creating immersive journeys through whisky, hospitality and culture.

About the Role

As Brand Home Lead Guide, you’ll support the smooth day-to-day running of the Brand Home, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional customer service and seamless visitor experiences across tours, tastings, retail and events.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations across bars, visitor experiences and retail.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, licensing, health and safety standards.
  • Manage bookings, guest enquiries and Brand Home communications.
  • Coordinate stock control, cash handling and operational systems.
  • Host VIP experiences, tours, tastings and events as required.
  • Supervise Brand Home Guides and agency colleagues, supporting training, scheduling and day-to-day development.

This is an opportunity to develop your operational and leadership experience while playing an important role in delivering unforgettable visitor experiences at some of Scotland’s most iconic whisky destinations.

Experience / Skills Required

This could be the right opportunity for you if you have:

  • Experience supervising or supporting teams within a fast-paced hospitality, tourism, retail or visitor environment.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence working across multiple operational areas, priorities and systems.
  • A collaborative, resilient and flexible approach, with the ability to lead by example.

Flexible Working Statement

Flexibility is key to our success. Talk to us about what flexibility means to you, so that you’re supported to manage your wellbeing and balance your priorities from day one.

  • Career development opportunities within a global organisation

Diversity Statement

Our purpose is crafting iconic drinks chosen for life’s moments. And it’s our people, with their different experiences, perspectives and talents, who make that possible.

We value diversity in its broadest sense and want everyone to feel they can belong, contribute and strive for their personal best. You’ll work alongside people with different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives — challenging, supporting and learning from one another as one outstanding team.

Together, we’re constantly learning and improving, combining the strength of our people, capabilities and iconic brands to raise the bar, grow and win. Wherever you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, make an impact and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more.
