Breakfast Cook (Casual) – Key Responsibilities

• •Prepare and organise mise en place to support smooth kitchen operations
• •Assist with food preparation across all service periods
• •Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• •Keep your work area clean, organised and hygienic
• •Follow food safety standards and support stock rotation practices
• •Receive, check, and store deliveries in line with procedures 
• •Support the wider kitchen team to ensure efficient service

About You

You enjoy working in a team environment, ensuring high quality results and meeting food safety, HACCP and OHS standards.

During your mandate, you will be responsible for the skilled preparation, seasoning and cooking of a wide variety of raw food items.  Cleanliness of food preparation.  You will prepare from a fresh or frozen state, food items as required by the daily menu of all food service locations to a dishing and/or serving state.  You will also serve and cash out customers as needed.

You have excellent customer service skills, 3  years' experience , a good attitude and a good sense of team spirit? Join us!
