Broadband Network Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Broadband Network Engineer based in the United States.

• This remote engineering role supports the design, operation, and continuous improvement of a growing fiber-optic broadband network.
• You will work across core and access networks, carrier-grade equipment, transport providers, servers, Wi-Fi systems, and network monitoring platforms.
• The role combines network engineering with hands-on troubleshooting, deployment support, optimization, and technical operations.
• You will help maintain reliable, scalable connectivity while diagnosing complex issues and improving network performance.
• Working closely with NOC, field engineering, OSP, and other technical teams, you will contribute to successful network expansion and operational excellence.
• The position offers exposure to modern FTTP technologies and a dynamic environment where proactive problem-solving and ownership are highly valued.
• As part of a small engineering team, you will also participate in an after-hours on-call rotation supporting critical network operations.
