THE ROLE:

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

We're looking for a Broadcast Supervisor to lead the day-to-day work of our content team in Medellín. - content team should be changes with Broadcast team in Medellín

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Plan and manage the team's short-term and daily operations

Manage internal and external communication

Check and report on the quality and efficiency of analysts' work and the streaming service

Run training sessions for new employees and help the team grow

Follow all internal rules and regulations

Make decisions that improve content quality and efficiency

Demonstrate expected standards in daily operations and behavior, setting the benchmark for professionalism, collaboration, and accountability within the team

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong knowledge of the relevant sports

Basic knowledge of the betting industry

Strong analytical skills

Good PC and Microsoft Office skills

Strong communication skills

Good organizational and time-management skills
