Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Allgemeine Backoffice- und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von Dokumenten und Daten
  • Unterstützung in der vorbereitenden Buchhaltung
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partner_innen

Ihr Profil:

  • Grundkenntnisse in der Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Fundierte Deutschkenntnisse, der Tätigkeit entsprechend
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung

Wir bieten:

  • Vollzeitstelle mit 40 Stunden/Woche
  • Bruttogehalt: € 2.200,- pro Monat
