Welche Aufgaben übernimmst Du bei uns?

  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung: freundliche, verbindliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Planung unserer Servicetermine und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
  • Organisation und Disposition unserer Kundendienst- und Wartungseinsätze sowie Tourenplanung unserer Servicemonteure
  • Angebotserstellung und Rechnungslegung
