We are looking for a high-potential graduate or early-career professional to join our Toronto team as a Business Analyst .

We are looking for a different type of Business Analyst — someone who enjoys understanding a business problem, analysing it, building and testing practical solutions , and working with clients to turn those solutions into real change.

You may be graduating from university, have recently graduated, or have up to 2 years of relevant professional experience.

What will you be doing?

Work with clients to understand complex business problems and identify where AI can create value

Analyse data, processes, customer journeys and ways of working to understand the problem

Structure ambiguous problems and turn analysis into clear insights and practical actions

Help design, build and test AI-enabled solutions, prototypes, workflows and automations

Use AI, data and emerging technologies to solve practical business problems

Test solutions with clients and users, gather feedback and help improve them quickly

Support solutions from early concept through implementation and adoption

Work closely with business and technical teams to make solutions practical and scalable

Translate technical ideas into clear business language

Contribute to client workshops, interviews and working sessions

Prepare high-quality analysis, presentations and client deliverables

Track actions, risks, milestones and project deliverables

Measure whether solutions are creating real business value

Help clients use AI solutions to support broader business transformation

Build your AI, commercial, problem-solving and client skills through hands-on project experience

What is ADAPTOVATE looking for?

We are looking for someone with a builder mindset, strong problem-solving ability and good business skills .

We prefer candidates with a degree in one of the following areas:

Computer Science

Engineering

Science or another quantitative discipline

Business, Economics or a related discipline with demonstrated technology or AI experience

Candidates from other academic backgrounds will also be considered if they can demonstrate strong capability in using technology or AI to solve business problems.

Prior consulting experience is not required .

The confidence to contribute ideas and ask thoughtful questions in client-facing environments

We are particularly interested in people who have used AI or technology to create something, improve something or solve a real problem through university, internships, work or personal projects.

We are not looking for a pure technologist or someone who simply uses AI as a productivity tool.

We are looking for someone who can understand the business problem, work with the client and use AI solutions to drive real transformation.
