About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join Salmon’s Growth team and help develop CRM processes across several business areas, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.

What you'll own

Gather, analyze, and structure business requirements.

Manage the backlog: decompose tasks, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.

Document and model business processes in CRM and identify gaps between business logic and current system implementation.

Define requirements for CRM improvements and system integrations.

Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes, business rules, and system logic.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, CRM developers, and cross-functional teams.

What makes you a strong fit

Willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines (relocation is required for this role).

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience in fintech / banking.

Strong experience with CRM systems, including development, implementation, or process design.

Strong knowledge of BPMN and hands-on experience in business process modeling.

Experience gathering and formalizing requirements, writing user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.

Understanding of system integration principles, hands-on experience with APIs, and understanding of event-driven architecture / Kafka.

Strong communication skills, including experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior colleagues, presenting solutions, and clearly articulating and defending your point of view.

English at B2 level or higher.

Experience with Creatio .

Experience with telephony, voice bots, or other voice technologies.
