This role is critical to delivering Sandoz's Digital Quality Strategy, acting as the bridge between business and technology to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Quality Control systems. The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, enhance QC processes, ensure compliance within GxP environments, and support the rollout of innovative technologies across Technical Operations.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Solutions Business Analyst to join the Quality Control Solutions Team within the Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Quality Technology organization. This role is critical to delivering Sandoz's Digital Quality Strategy, acting as the bridge between business and technology to drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of global Quality Control systems. The successful candidate will work closely with global stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, enhance QC processes, ensure compliance within GxP environments, and support the rollout of innovative technologies across Technical Operations.

Job Responsibilities

• •Act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights to improve Quality Control processes, systems, and services globally.
• •Capture, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for global QC systems and applications.
• •Lead and support the delivery, enhancement, validation, and rollout of Quality Control technology solutions.
• •Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices across QC operations.
• •Develop and maintain business process documentation, ensuring consistency, traceability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• •Support computerized system validation (CSV), testing activities, qualification processes, and GxP documentation requirements.
• •Contribute to change management, training, deployment planning, and business adoption of new technologies and system upgrades.
• •Support the Quality Control Solutions leadership team in defining technology strategy, roadmap development, and future system capabilities.

Essential Requirements

• •Minimum 5 years' experience within manufacturing, process, or pharmaceutical industries, with exposure to digital technologies and global business environments.
• •Minimum 3 years' experience delivering Quality IT projects and managing system implementations within regulated environments.
• •Proven experience in Computerized System Validation (CSV) and working within GxP-compliant environments.
• •Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and solution design.
• •Experience with Quality Control systems such as LIMS, CDS, LabX, or similar laboratory technologies.
• •Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• •Strong understanding of system lifecycle management, testing, validation, and quality management practices.
• •Fluent English, with the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts effectively.

Education

• •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• •Relevant certifications in Quality Systems, Business Analysis, Project Management, or Computerized System Validation would be advantageous.
