Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• •Gather, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria .
• •Facilitate stakeholder workshops, walkthroughs, and alignment sessions.
• •Manage and prioritize the backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner using Jira or similar tools.
• •Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and dependency mapping .
• •Support solution design and business process modelling.
• •Support SIT/UAT , acceptance criteria validation, defect management, and release activities.
• •Maintain requirements traceability from requirements → build → testing → release .
• •Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and standards.
• •Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and Go/No-Go decisions .
• •Collaborate effectively across business, technical, and delivery teams.
