Represent AIA in the market, sharing insights and positioning solutions effectively to enhance brand presence and adviser confidence

Collaborate across teams to resolve adviser needs, improve processes, and deliver seamless, high-quality support

Promote strong risk and compliance outcomes by supporting adviser training, managing issues proactively, and escalating concerns where needed

You have the ability to identify growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and achieve commercial outcomes

You bring strong communication and emotional intelligence, adapting your approach to different audiences and situations

You have experience using data, performance measures, and market insights to inform decisions and prioritise opportunities

It is great if you have industry qualifications, tertiary study, or knowledge of financial advice and insurance products in New Zealand's market environment
