Ampd Energy is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for the Benelux region to grow our commercial business across this region.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with direct responsibility for developing new customers, expanding existing accounts, building strategic channel and rental partnerships, and delivering profitable growth across the territory.

You will own the full commercial cycle—from market development and pipeline creation through customer engagement, proposals, commercial negotiation and close—and will be accountable for commercial targets for the Benelux region.

The role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, from project and site teams through senior and executive leadership.

You will work closely with Ampd's global Commercial, Application Engineering, Service, Operations and Marketing teams to develop the market and ensure successful execution for our customers.
