Ready to take your career global?

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our ever-evolving ChargebackHelp Sales Team and help shape the future of global commerce.

In this role, you’ll drive growth by connecting merchants, acquirers, Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), and payment providers with innovative chargeback prevention and dispute management solutions that protect revenue and reduce risk. Your ability to identify opportunities, influence decision-makers, and build lasting partnerships will directly contribute to client success, business expansion, and the continued evolution of the payments ecosystem. Working alongside a high-performing and entrepreneurial team, you’ll play a key role in helping businesses navigate complex challenges while advancing Global Payments’ mission to power commerce worldwide.

What you'll own

  • Drive new business growth by building and converting a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities, creating measurable revenue impact and contributing to ambitious business growth targets.
  • Influence strategic purchasing decisions through consultative discovery, data-driven insights, and compelling business cases that demonstrate clear value for prospective clients.
  • Expand market presence by representing ChargebackHelp at industry events, strengthening relationships, elevating brand visibility, and creating new opportunities within the payments ecosystem.
  • Accelerate client success by partnering cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, rapid adoption of solutions, and faster realization of business value for new customers.
  • Strengthen business performance through accurate pipeline management, market intelligence, and forecasting that enable informed decision-making and sustainable growth.

What you'll bring

  • At least 3 years experience related to card-not-present transaction processing and online payment industries; understanding merchants, ISO’s, PSP’s, Acquirers, Payment Gateways, Fraud prevention platforms and their functions within the payment ecosystem
  • 5+ years of success in business development, sales, or revenue-generating roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of chargeback and dispute workflows across online credit and debit card payment environments, with an understanding of how merchants, acquirers, and payment partners operate within the broader payments ecosystem.
  • A proven track record of driving sales results through data-driven business analysis, clearly articulating value and influencing prospects throughout the sales cycle.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading client-facing conversations, delivering presentations, and building credibility with decision-makers.
  • A highly motivated, competitive, and collaborative approach, combining a results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, contract and pricing processes, pipeline reporting, Excel-based data analysis, and managing priorities across multiple time zones.
  • $140,000 - $150,000
  • The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
