Business Immigration Paralegal

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Immigration Paralegal based in India.

• This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity supporting U.S. business immigration matters from India.
• You’ll take ownership of preparing complex employment-based immigration forms and supporting documentation from start to finish.
• The role requires strong technical knowledge of U.S. immigration filings, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• You’ll prepare submission-ready case packets that meet current USCIS requirements and internal quality standards.
• Your work will directly support legal teams handling time-sensitive immigration cases for business and professional clients.
• Cases are assigned on an as-needed basis, with an initial workload of approximately five cases per month.
• High-performing contractors may have the opportunity to develop into a preferred, long-term partner.
