2+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar analytics role.
Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to independently extract, manipulate and analyse complex datasets.
Experience using Tableau or another mainstream BI/data visualisation tool, such as Power BI, Looker, Metabase or Sisense.
Strong commercial awareness and an ability to connect analysis with meaningful business outcomes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and take ownership.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning complex business requirements into meaningful insights.
