Business Intelligence Intern

What your new challenge will look like

As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will support our BI team in transforming data into clear, reliable and actionable information.

You will work closely with experienced team members and gradually take responsibility for operational activities and selected BI development tasks. Your activities will include:

• •Support the development, maintenance and improvement of BI dashboards and reports
• •Assist with data preparation, validation and quality checks
• •Help structure and maintain reports, KPIs and supporting documentation
• •Support recurring operational activities and the maintenance of existing BI solutions
• •Assist the team in troubleshooting dashboards and data-related issues
• •Contribute to the automation and simplification of recurring manual activities
• •Work with tools such as Excel, Tableau and other data and visualization technologies
• •Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders from different functions and countries
• •Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and internal BI training activities
• •Learn and apply Business Intelligence development standards and best practices

• •You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field
• •You have strong analytical skills and logical reasoning
• •You enjoy working with data and solving structured problems
• •You are curious, proactive and motivated to learn new tools and concepts
• •You have basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• •You are comfortable communicating and collaborating with different people from different locations and cultures
• •You have English skills at a minimum B1/B2 level and are comfortable working in an international environment
• •You are interested in Business Intelligence, data analytics and data visualization

The following qualifications are considered a plus:

• •Previous academic, personal or professional experience with Tableau or another data visualization tool
• •Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau Prep or data transformation concepts
• •Experience with data analysis through university projects, internships, student organizations or personal projects
• •Knowledge of or interest in supply chain management, logistics or operations
• •Familiarity with dashboards, KPIs or structured datasets
