In this role, you will:

• •Build and strengthen relationships with Independent Financial Advisors.
• •Drive awareness and adoption of FNB Life, Investments, and broader FirstRand solutions.
• •Provide product guidance, support, and training to advisors.
• •Identify and pursue business development opportunities to support sales growth.
• •Deliver exceptional service and solutions that exceed advisor expectations.
• •Facilitate collaboration between advisors and product specialists on complex requirements.
• •Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and product enhancements.

You're an ideal candidate if you have:

Minimum Requirements

• •Matric
• •NQF 5 qualification
• •3 to 5 years Broker Consulting experience within the Investments and IFA environment
• •3+ years Life Assurance experience
• •Relevant Class of Business training

• •Knowledge of Group Risk, Individual Life, and Investment products
• •Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• •Commercial and sales acumen

• •Strong attention to detail
