Summary

This position is located at DLA Richmond, Virginia. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.

Duties

• •Manages a large franchise restaurant kitchen. Oversees all food production operations and is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all food products in a timely manner and according to established recipes .
• •Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales. Maintains budgeted food and kitchen labor costs and proper inventories
• •Formulates instructions and gives direction necessary to operate a fluid, and efficient food production operation. Ensures proper handling, maintenance and storage of all items.
• •Conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
• •Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.

Qualifications

A qualified candidate must possess the following: Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service Franchise style restaurant (ie. Steakhouse, etc). Minimum two years experience as a General Manager or Kitchen Manager full service Franchise restaurant concept is preferred.
