• # Zusammenfassung
• In this role, you shape the global Marketing and Communications direction for the Business Stream Industrial Services und Cybersecurity, with responsibility for strategic priorities, budget governance, product marketing and target market segment marketing. You translate business priorities into aligned marketing planning and execution across programs, campaigns, tactics and KPIs, while advancing e-commerce, cross-Business Stream initiatives and technologies such as AI. In close collaboration with Regions and Centers of Excellence, you ensure alignment and consistent delivery across markets.
• # Tätigkeiten und Verantwortlichkeiten
• •You define and drive the global Marketing und Communications strategy for the Business Stream Industrial Services und Cybersecurity, including product marketing, target market segment marketing, e-commerce topics and the adoption of new technologies such as AI.
• •As the central contact for the Business - Executive VP and the management team, you advise on all Marketing und Communications topics and support the definition of relevant target markets and market development priorities.
• •You steer marketing planning end to end, from strategic focus areas and programs to operational campaigns, tactics and KPI-based execution in close coordination with Corporate and regional stakeholders.
• •The role includes the development of campaigns, content marketing and customer-relevant communication across touchpoints, while ensuring that Business Stream requirements are reflected in global processes, tools, policies, concepts and projects.
• •You manage global and German Marketing und Communications budgets, decide on regional allocation in alignment with relevant interfaces, lead employees both disciplinarily and functionally, and ensure close collaboration with Global Office, Regions and Centers of Excellence.
• # Erfahrung und weitere Qualifikationen
• •University degree in Marketing or a related field of study
• •Five to ten years of professional experience in a related field, including at least two years of management experience in a line organization and at least two years of project management experience
• •At least three years of experience working in or with intercultural teams; experience with budget allocations as well as BI and analysis tools such as Power Pivot or SAP is an advantage
• •Strong business orientation, process excellence, service orientation, effective communication skills and relationship management, ideally combined with expertise in the respective Business Stream
• •Fluency in English at C1 level and in German; additional languages are an advantage
