Business Operations Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Operations Analyst based in the United States.

This role owns the end-to-end operational lifecycle of customer purchases, subscriptions, onboarding, and billing communications within a fast-moving GenAI business environment. You will serve as a key operational bridge across sales, customer success, support, finance, contracts, and delivery teams. The position combines customer-facing responsibility with hands-on administration across multiple business systems. You will independently manage a high volume of concurrent requests, ensuring transactions are accurate, timely, and properly documented. The role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision. You will also identify recurring customer friction and help improve processes as systems and workflows evolve.
