Building and maintaining internal tools, automations, and business systems that improve how the firm's core processes run

Supporting the firm's recruitment team with recruitment operations, candidate communications, assessment coordination, and timely follow-ups

Keeping recruiting systems and data up to date (e.g., the ATS), with accurate stages, notes, and score capture, and supporting weekly recruiting reporting

Supporting talent sourcing activities and candidate outreach in collaboration with the hiring lead

Coordinating onboarding and offboarding logistics and documentation, and maintaining organized employee records

Supporting the development and management of internal and external communications

Preparing reporting materials and updating management on the status and performance of operational initiatives

Supporting business development production and broader team operations with remaining capacity

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a competitive field, preferably commerce, management, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience

Relevant experience is a plus, in areas such as recruiting operations, automation or systems work, or other coordination-heavy roles

Demonstrated fluency with AI systems and tools, and comfort using them in day-to-day work

Experience building with AI tools, such as automations, workflows, or small applications, is a strong asset

Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment and understanding of HR practices is an asset

Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple initiatives or projects, with strong organizational and prioritization skills
