What a Business Operations & Customer Program Specialist (Fresh Graduate) does at HP:

Customer Events & Engagement

Plan and execute customer events, executive briefings, partner engagements, workshops, webinars, and roundtable sessions.

Coordinate customer invitations, registrations, event logistics, venue arrangements, and communications.

Work closely with sales teams to support customer engagement and pipeline generation activities.

Prepare event materials, agendas, speaker briefings, and post-event summaries.

Track event outcomes, attendance, customer feedback, and follow-up actions.

Team Admin & Coordination

• •Coordinate sales forums and internal engagement
• •Manage calendar coordination
• •Support new hire onbaording
• •Track training and ops related matters
• •Support employee engagement and team culture activities

Stakeholder Engagement

• •Build Strong relationship with internal stakeholders
• •Serve as key points of contact for business opetations
• •Ensure consistent communication

Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:

• •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or related field.
• •Experience in business operations, sales operations, event management, executive administration, or program coordination.
• •Experience supporting leadership teams in a regional or multinational environment.
• •Business Skills: Business Ops, Program management/Coordination, Event Management
• •Technical Skills: MSFT 365, Powerpoint, Excel, PowerBI
